What Sensual Embodiment Involves
Sensual Embodiment coaching is about inviting beauty and feeling into every moment of every day. It is for the woman who feels lack lustre and numb to the joys of life. There is nothing more wonderful (and attractive) than a woman who is happy in her body and enjoys all the pleasures that life has to offer her. It is here and now that we explore practices and rituals that invite you to open up to all the sensations of life and honour the sensual gifts that surround us. This is perfect for relieving stress, grounding the nervous system, de-armouring from embodied trauma and awakening to the beauty of our sensual life force.
This work is ideal for gaining a re-connection to self (helping you to grow in confidence, gain a zest for life and unearth the hidden pleasures) but is also perfect for improving intimate relationships with partners that have become stagnant and detached.

Sensual Embodiment and Belle Erotica sessions are for every woman who craves connection back to her inner eroticism and who requires help restoking the fire of passion within.
Often it can be easy to slip into a stale de-eroticized state but this can be detrimental to our intimate relationships and our emotional and physical wellness.
Our sexuality is something to be acknowledged, embraced and harnessed so that we can live pleasure filled vital and vibrant lives. Our eroticism can carry us much further than in the bedroom, it has the potency to affect how we walk, talk, engage with others and how we build close and bonded relationships with our partners. Feminine sexuality is life force energy and deserves to be upheld and revered. Allow it to seep into every inch of your being. Unearth the inner Sex Goddess so that she can instinctively speak through your body and your actions.

During these sessions we identify blocks that might be preventing you from exploring sexual intimacy with yourself or your partner. We then work through a bespoke set of practices that may involve guided sensual touch, massage, meditations, breath work and the use of sensual play tools. Dressing from the heart and soul has nothing to do with following trends or current fashions. It is an experiential art that requires you to only lead with the fabrics, colours and shapes that light you up from within. During Sensual Style Coaching you are tuning into what turns you on in terms of the aesthetic you wish to represent. It is not about pleasing others or conforming to societal expectations but all to do with pleasing yourself. Our own pleasure and our personal tastes for Beauty is at the helm of Sensual Style Coaching.
